Below you will find all available payment methods to purchase your One Zipper products. Choose the one that suits you best.

Use this option to pay through your PayPal account.
CASH ON DELIVERY
You can pay the courier when your order is delivered.
BANK DEPOSIT
You can make a deposit to the bank account below. Your order will be shipped once the payment has been confirmed.

SHIPPING METHODS
All orders are shipped with Courier Center or via the Box Now service (locker delivery).
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been completed, shipment takes place within 1 to 3 business days.
For orders paid via bank deposit, payment must first be confirmed by the bank.
For areas classified as “remote” by the courier, delivery time may vary.
RETURNS
You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days and request either a replacement or a refund.
Refunds are not available for products in the OFFERS category.
IMPORTANT: Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were sent by One Zipper and received by the customer, complete and without any damage. Their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition, with all tags attached, along with all shipping documents (e.g. Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.). Returns that do not meet the above conditions will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
RETURN COST
The first return is FREE for shipments within Greece when using Courier Center.
In the event of a second return concerning the same order, the costs for both the return and the re-delivery of the order must be covered by the customer.
RETURN PROCESS
The process is simple and completed in 3 easy and quick steps.
1. Contact Courier Center
Please contact Courier Center by phone at 21 0992 6901 to arrange collection of the product from the address you indicate, at no extra charge to you. Alternatively, you may deliver it yourself to any Courier Center store.
2. Send your parcel FREE OF CHARGE (valid only within Greece)
Hand over your return parcel to Courier Center with shipping charges billed to the recipient, One Zipper.

3. Contact us
Please contact us by email at info@onezipper.gr, stating your full name and order number, explaining why you wish to return the product and whether you would like a replacement. Alternatively, you may call us at 2108961659 and complete your return by phone.
Cash on Delivery Payment Policy
By selecting cash on delivery as your payment method, you agree to be present at the declared shipping address in order to receive and pay for your order upon delivery.
If you fail to receive the order for any reason, the order will be considered rejected. As a result, our company reserves the right to disable the cash on delivery payment option for your future purchases. You will still be able to place orders, but only with prepayment, such as debit/credit card, bank deposit, or another electronic payment method, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the failed cash on delivery attempt.
This policy is applied to ensure the efficient execution of orders and to protect our business from unnecessary costs.
